Are Mando products made to order?

Yes. Each item is produced after you place your order by our U.S.-based apparel production and fulfillment partner. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and build one volume at a time.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are produced within 5–7 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes another 2–7 business days. We will email tracking information when your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders of $50 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other destinations are shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Eligible unworn, unwashed, and unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact david@mandobrand.com before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because every item is made to order and production can begin quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email david@mandobrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
